For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or model), the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
If the issue is our fault, the return can be initiated even after 30 days.

✔️ The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
✔️ Items must be unused and unwashed, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

⚠️ Note:
Customized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you of the outcome via email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.

• If the issue was caused by Voxly.Store, you will receive a full refund, including shipping.

• If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size or color), shipping and applicable fees will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are issued through your original payment method, or we may request your bank/account details for a manual transfer if necessary.
